Food Service Worker responsibility is the overall sanitation (cleaning) of the dining facility.
The secondary area of responsibility includes assisting cooks in preparation, set-up, and service of meals.

Qualifications:
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
A clean and hygienically acceptable appearance and a positive, courteous demeanor.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 Lbs.
, and the ability to sweep, mop, clean, push carts, mop buckets, etc.

Must be able to work continually standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and bending.
Must be able to climb and to work from a ladder (up to 10ft), if required.
Must be able to scrape, soak, scour, scrub, rinse, and sanitize pots, pans, serving pans, salad line inserts, cooking utensils, sheet pans and baking pans, etc.
Clean and maintain the pot cleaning and storage area, equipment, racks, floors and walls.
Must be able to set up and operate mechanical dishwasher.
Remove strainer pans, spray arms for preventive maintenance and cleaning.
Must be able set up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items such as salads desserts, bread, and cold beverages on serving lines.
