The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing appointments, greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent attention to detail, ensuring all company records are accurate.
Responsibilities:
Breaks down work assignments into small, easily manageable steps and delegates them to appropriate team members.
Manages all office policies, procedures and forms, including employee handbooks.
Serves as a liaison between all departmental personnel and the CEO.
Maintains office security for confidential information.
