Provide course descriptions as necessary. Basic Requirement:
GS-09:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-07 grade level. Specialized experience must have demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and the methods and techniques of instruction. Examples of specialized experience are:
Experience instructing the use of equipment such as laser printers, scanners, computers, and modems; keyboarding skills; and the use of computer software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, desktop and network operating systems, electronic mail, Internet browsers, and communication software; Developing and evaluating instructional material needed in order to improve instruction practices; Serving as a subject matter expert in identifying problems or deficiencies with a training program and recommending course improvements; Demonstrating proper techniques and methods used in a Business Occupations environment; Experience using current computer technologies and their applicability to the Business Occupations field; and maintaining training course materials and records. -OR- Master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. The major study must be in education or a subject area related to the position to be filled. -OR- Equivalent combinations of education and experience. Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
